Biographical Info
Shari A. Bedker serves as President of Armstrong & Associates International, Inc. Ms. Bedker has been the owner and President of Armstrong & Associates International, Inc. since 2008. A&A’s clients include six international and U.S. business associations. Ms. Bedker has an extensive knowledge of the special needs and operations of non-profit business organizations. She and her team manage the day to day operations of their clients, including but not limited to membership, communications, conferences and legislative tracking. She is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Virginia, she has an M.S. in Taxation and a B.S. in Accounting, both from George Mason University. Prior to working at A&A providing accounting and management support from 1997-2008, Ms. Bedker worked for the federal government in various budget and accounting positions, including budget analyst and operating accountant where she consistently received superior ratings as well as received several awards for special achievement. She worked for the General Services Agency, The National Archives and the Office of Naval Research.
She is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Virginia, she has an M.S. in Taxation from George Mason University and a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University.
She has volunteered extensively, primarily as a treasurer for several different organizations, including recently, Greene County Chamber of Commerce, Red White Blue in Greene, Orange Community Chorus and Band.
